Data Protection Officer (DPO)
For privacy matters please contact us directly at geral@sucessoededicacao.pt with “Privacy” in the subject. The company is not required to formally designate a DPO under Article 37 GDPR.
Data collected
We collect only the data you voluntarily send through the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), subject and message. We also collect limited technical metadata — submission timestamp, site language and a hashed (anonymised) version of your IP address and user-agent — for abuse prevention and service security.
Purposes and legal basis (Art. 6 GDPR)
(a) Reply to your request and route it internally to the most suitable group brand — pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest in following up on institutional contacts (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). (b) Comply with applicable legal obligations, including retention for defence in administrative or judicial proceedings (Art. 6(1)(c)). (c) Fraud prevention and service security, including processing of the IP hash and user-agent (legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f)).
Retention periods
Contact messages: up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies. Technical metadata (IP hash, user-agent): up to 12 months. Data is then deleted or anonymised.
Processors and transfers
We rely on service providers acting as processors under Article 28 GDPR, in particular: application and edge hosting (Cloudflare/Lovable), managed database (Supabase, on EU infrastructure whenever applicable) and corporate email services. These processors are bound by a processing agreement and act only on our instructions. No transfers to third countries are made without adequate safeguards under Articles 44 et seq. GDPR (in particular the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).
Internal recipients
Messages are accessed only by authorised employees of the company responsible for managing institutional contacts and, where applicable, forwarded to the group brand (Executive Tour Service or Executive Car Service) competent to reply.
Your rights
You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent (without retroactive effect) by emailing geral@sucessoededicacao.pt. We will reply within 30 days, extendable under Article 12(3) GDPR.
Supervisory authority
