The distinction is not only aesthetic. It involves time predictability, discretion, institutional invoicing, flight monitoring, well-kept vehicles and a single operational point of contact.
What defines a serious operator
A serious operator has clear institutional contacts, institutional invoicing, presentable and experienced chauffeurs, real-time operational coordination, and works with identifiable partners — hotels, DMCs, golf operators, companies.
It also clearly communicates its rates, what the service includes and what it does not. A fixed price is preferable to an estimate.
When requesting a proposal, check whether there is written confirmation, whether the operator clearly identifies the vehicle and chauffeur, and whether institutional invoicing is available.
