Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS) is Portugal's main gateway and concentrates the largest volume of premium arrivals.
A premium airport transfer starts before the flight lands: the operator monitors the flight number in real time and adjusts the pick-up time for delays or early arrivals.
The meeting point is usually the Terminal 1 arrivals hall (or Terminal 2 for low-cost flights), with an identification sign. For VIP clients it can be at the gate through airport assistance services.
Vehicles should be executive, with room for premium luggage, water on board and Wi-Fi where possible. The chauffeur should be identified and communicate in at least Portuguese and English.
For hotels, DMCs and companies, the service must support institutional invoicing and written confirmation. Serious operators send chauffeur and vehicle details in advance.
